  • NO PHONES OR LAPTOPS are used during the classes

  • FREE BEER, WINE, COFFEE, TEA, SODA is provided

  • The classes are all in-person at Helena van Doeverenplantsoen 3, Den Haag.

  • Teaching focus is placed upon:
    Interaction, Practicing Conversation, and Building Confidence.

  • We have many extra parts and wildcards to keep things interesting.

  • Expect the unexpected, this is not your average Dutch school

  • Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive an official Slim Dutch Certificate.

  • Anyone who wants to speak Dutch and have fun doing it. Whether you're just getting started or already know a bit—Slim Dutch is for expats, students, professionals, adventurers… basically, if you want to feel more at home in the Netherlands, you're in the right place.

  • At Slim Dutch, you don’t just learn Dutch—you live it. We skip the textbooks and dive into real conversations, fun games, and cultural stories that help the language stick. You’ll laugh, talk, play, and connect—with teachers and classmates alike. No laptops, just people. We keep it social, interactive, and gezellig. And yes, drinks are on us.

  • Classes take place in either:
    📍 Amsterdam – Kropaarstraat 12
    📍 The Hague – Helena van Doeverenplantsoen 3

    Each course runs for 5 or 9 weeks, with classes taking place in the evenings.
    Exact days and times depend on the group—but don’t worry, you’ll get all the details when you sign up.
